Pure Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions Basic Wedding Photography Package •Photographer will start from arrival of guests and bride, wedding ceremony and a private location photo shoot. •100 images for you to choose, including a selection of reportage and formal photographs in colour, black and white and spot colour (if required), given to you in high resolution on a DVD. You will be free to copy and print your 100 images. Additional photos are charged at £7.99 per image. •40 professionally printed photographs are included in the package (extra images are charged at £3.99 per print). •Online gallery for family and wedding guests to view your images and select and order professional prints charged at £3.99 per image. Standard Wedding Photography Package •Photographer will start from the Bridal preparations at home, arrival of the Bride, wedding ceremony and a private location photo shoot. OR Photographer will start from arrival of guests, wedding ceremony a private location photo shoot, cutting of the cake and wedding breakfast. •150 images including a selction of reportage and formal photographs in colour, black and white and spot colour (if required) given to you in high resolution on a DVD. You will be free to copy and print your 150 images. Additional photos are charged at £7.99 per image. •50 professionally printed photographs are included in the package (extra images are charged at £3.99 per print). •Online gallery for family and wedding guests to view your images and select and order professional prints charged at £3.99 per image. Deluxe Wedding Photography Package •Photographer will start from the Bridal preparations at home, arrival of the Bride, wedding ceremony, private location photo shoot, cutting of the cake, wedding breakfast, and first dance. •200 images including a selection of reportage and formal photographs in colour, black and white and spot colour (if required) given to you in high resolution on a DVD. You will be free to copy and print your 200 images. Additional photos are charged at £7.99 per image. •75 professionally printed photographs are included in the package (extra images are charged at £3.99 per print). OR Free professionally printed wedding album including 75-100 of your chosen photos and designed by Pure Photography •Online gallery for family and wedding guests to view your images and select and order professional prints charged at £3.99 per image. Booking and Payments A Booking fee of £100 must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the wedding day. No photographs will be taken until all outstanding payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered. All cheques to be made payable to Dorit Stuckey. Bank Transfer payments can be accepted by arrangement. Albums Except for the Deluxe Package Pure Photography will not provide you with a wedding album, this is reflected in our photography prices and allows you the customer the freedom to create your own personal album with the money you have saved. Travel The Photographer will travel up to a distance of 30 miles for an initial consultation. On the wedding day the photographer will travel up to a distance of 30 miles for free. Any additional miles will be charged at 40p per mile. Display All Images taken by the photographer on your wedding day may be used by Pure Photography for advertising and publicity; including websites, portfolios, exhibitions, competitions or any other lawful purposes. Images and Copyrights You will be licensed to copy and print the amount of images included in your chosen package for personal use only. Additional copyrights are charged at £7.99 per image. After your wedding day you will be able to view and choose your photos in an online gallery. The images included in your package as well as additionally ordered images will be given to you in high resolution on a DVD. Your included photographs selected for professional printing plus additional prints charged at £3.99 will be developed and given to you as 7.5"x5" prints. Cancellation The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to Pure Photography but in doing so shall forfeit the booking fee. Cancellation less than 1 month before the wedding date will result in the payment in full. We will do our very best to give you the photographs and results you are looking for, however you agree that we do not guarantee any results or photographs, in the unlikely event of this occurring a full refund will be given. Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
